How to Use:
With clean hands, remove one plug and roll it into a ball. Press gently over the ear canal (do not push inside the ear). Flatten and smooth the edges to ensure a full seal. To remove, gently lift the edge and discard or store.

• Store in case between uses
• Do not divide or cut plugs
• Keep dry when not in use
• Do not use if plug becomes dirty, damaged, or loses shape
• Replace as needed for hygiene
