How to Fit:
Wet your hair slightly to reduce friction. Hold the cap open with both hands, thumbs inside. Tilt your head forward and place the front of the cap on your forehead, just above the eyebrows. In one smooth motion, pull the cap over the crown of your head, tucking in any long hair as you go. Adjust around your ears and the nape of your neck for a secure, even fit - without overstretching.
